How We Work

1. When clients verbally agree to work with us or accept a written quote, they are indicating their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The client agrees to pay us for our time, including any time spent in consultation, research, design, or other related work and any expenses incurred during the project.
3. Unless otherwise specified, the client agrees to pay us for our work on or before the 20th day of the month following the invoice date.
4. In the event of overdue payments, we may charge interest at a rate of 2.5% per month.
5. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received.
6. The client may be held responsible for the collection costs if a third-party debt collector is needed to retrieve any monies owed.
7. If the client terminates the project for any reason before completion, the client will be responsible for payment of any work completed up to that point and any expenses incurred.
8. All intellectual property rights, including copyright and ownership, for any work created during the project, will remain with ROAR Creative until payment is received.
9. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
